Dan James 09:15 - Oct 3 with 3117 views | Andyconky | If he goes to Leeds United for 25 million as mentioned on the BBC website, are we due any percentage of the sale?

Dan James on 09:54 - Oct 3 with 3046 views | felixstowe_jack | I think swansea received £15 million with a sell on clause. If Leeds buy him for £25 million I guess we should receive some of that. The irony if only Leeds could have afforded the £1 million loan fee they could have bought him for around £5 million at the end of the season. Best days work Huw did for us.

Dan James on 09:54 - Oct 3 with 3047 views | ItchySphincter | Ive wondered the same. What did they try to pay us for him - 800 grand or something? Wouldn’t it be great if they had to pay us that or even more now. They’ll be sick as a pig.

They wouldn't have to pay us anything, Man United would pay it from the funds Leeds pay them.

Dan James on 13:47 - Oct 3 with 2808 views | Private_Partz | There is definitely someone in Leeds who is incredible impressed with the Swansea way under Laudrup and Rogers. They seem hellbent on creating another Swansea City in the Prem. and have been on the case for a few years now.

I think the fact that Man Utd are selling him rather than us will automatically put his price up?

It would have gone down, but we undersold him. Around 25m at the present moment is correct
Dan James on 14:42 - Oct 3 with 2720 views | jasper_T | We cold have got more but he only had a year left on his contract and we'd messed him about previously.
Dan James on 23:18 - Oct 4 with 2368 views | builthjack | I believe that Swansea should have gained another £1 million after Dan made his 40th appearance of 20 minutes or more against Brighton last week. [Post edited 4 Oct 2020 23:21]

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Dan James on 19:08 - Oct 24 with 1972 views | DwightYorkeSuperstar | £25,000,000 He put in two good performances against the two most attacking teams to play at The Liberty that season (Manchester City & Brentford) and has dined out on those performances since. He is useless unless there is 40 yards behind the opposition full back for him to kick the ball into and chase.

In terms of what? I would rather 16m any day of the week. He is a good championship player, lower to average Premier League player.

Is this likely to come off? If so I think it would be a good move for Dan and Wales. Beilsa has transformed Leeds who now play in a similar fashion to us at our best under Laudrup. They move at pace and release their wide players into space which is exactly what James needs. He wont create it on his own. Beilsa is a brilliant coach and I am sure he would not blow £20m plus on a player he does not believe hr could work with. Used to associate Leeds with the anti Christs of football. Now I just look on in envy thinking what might have been. Bloody 'hola'......
