Humpty, last time you sheepishly refused to have a civil political debate and disappeared for a while. Now it seems you have got a little braver and fallen back into the old swing of things of sniping from the sidelines, abusing people and generally trolling sensible threads.
So we are here again, in order to save threads from you derailing them with your abuse, here we have a thread designed for 10 questions each to be answered in full and in good faith.
You talk about ''good faith'' a lot when the going gets tough as an excuse to not debate, so assuming you are joining these political debates today in good faith and responding directly to me whilst also posting about me, a debate is surely what you will be looking for as I am sure you wouldn't describe yourself as a hypocrite.
So with that in mind, I'll start, this will be one question split into a two subtopics...
1) Where is the oppression in the USA in 2020 and that is a direct result of what policy?

I'd disagree. Thing is, if a post catches my interest and I don't knwo better I look, I research and I form an opinion. I have said on here before, reading psts has led to my education improving, I have learned things simply because an interesting post has me wondering....
I've learned stuff from the Prof, from Lohengrin and going back a bit, from Davillin, from lots of things on here really.
I agree a bit with Gwyn, if someone is posting obscure links to a more radical website, it's hard to keep going. Not that I'm a massive fan of wind turbines but it's better than Fukushima!
I won't hide from it, I have a major lack of knowledge about many things but I am willing to learn, in fact much more willing now than in my school days. What people will have to accept with me is that sometimes I misread/misunderstand or fail to comprehend some things which I'll put down to fibrofog and you'll all just have to like it or lump it  |  |

Im a pretty arrogant kind guy and somewhat disingenuous when I feel like it but Professor Paul is good value and well worth a read.I dont agree with his politics but so what.As for Loh, he' s my hero.A simple man,self taught and seemingly very erudite. Davillon -Tony,ent me a book just after he left this site.I was to meet up with him in Toronto a few years back but matters conspired against us. He was hounded ,horrendously on here by some utter shytes,who had none of his education and dignity.

What do you mean Humpty doesn’t want to converse with me? He has been seeking my posts out all day. Do you mean “How dare you respond to his posts all day - UNTIL he asks you something regarding your own opinion and then decide you can’t?”. Because that would be more accurate.
Itch has always been a bit of a clown, he makes me laugh and always has done with his cowardly sniping, you used to often call him out over it too. You and Hump on the other hand are very curious creatures currently, you more so than Hump.
You have gone from being very outspoken in your support for me (and against the kind of behaviour you are currently supporting ironically) to the point I was even accused of being you such was your constant level of praise.. but now you don’t like my political opinion you have decided I am not to be conversed with any longer - the exact mentality you used to call out.

They remind me of those cowardly kids in school. Calling the popular kids names from a distance... you manage to isolate them and they back down immediately. Their mates come along and they pipe up again. You isolate them... they back down immediately. So on an so forth.
Listen, it’s not that difficult is it. If you don’t want to talk to me then show that consistency and stop quoting me and responding with silly quips you are too frightened to back. If you want a political debate then let’s have one. Stop being a coward.

...Since I have come back I have posted in exactly the same way, inoffensive, based on fact and constructed well. The only difference being it is politically opposite to your own opinion. That’s all it has taken for you to make complete about turn.
Note your final sentence here and the one above it. Very true. Isn’t it funny that people can no longer see the wood for the trees as soon as the opinion someone has is the opposite of their own...
This one here is almost an exact description of what is currently going on, quite uncanny really isn’t it.
As I said, if anyone wishes to have a sensible debate instead of abusing me then I am more than willing to oblige.
But as NeathJack quite rightly states (when his opinion isn’t the opposite) people wont debate against well constructed opinions - because they can’t. So they begin the well trodden cycle of abuse and refusal to engage further than that.
If you don’t want to engage then why do you keep replying to my opinions and posts if you aren’t willing to engage in the polite reply?

Even if you agree with him about something he’ll find a way to try to argue it out with you or say that he’s convinced you to agree and that you can’t form your own opinions.
