Pretty much no point in playing Bony if we havent got any players on the field who can get ahead of him. Pretty much entirely negates his best strength of holding the ball up and playing other people in.

I thought the same thing. when he holds it and lays it off then what happens? pass it backwards i suppose and negate any kind of advantage in the final 3rd.
Fingers crossed clement has looked at Watford and found something to exploit, if this turns into another turgid home performance with tammy,mesa and sanches on the bench clement will lose favour with some supporters.
We don't want a return to monkball though in fairness to clement he has moved us forward greatly in 7 months . He knows the final 3rd is where he needs to improve, be interesting to see. |  | | |
