I watched the last episode of line of duty and thought that was good. Undercover has finally grabbed by attention. I quite like some of the investigative programmes Stacey Dooley does. However I can't wait for the next series of people just do nothing.
Shocked and disgusted to read that Paul Cook and Steve Jones went to St*mf*rd Br*dg* on their recent publicity tour. W12 citizenship should be stripped from them immediately.
Steve Jones freely admits in his book that he used to watch the Rangers but changed to Chelsea. As did Roger Daltery (although he opted for Arsenal).
Not a new show, but I found Glitch on Netflix, something I thoroughly enjoyed. Australian show. 18 episodes, done and dusted (3 series x 6 episodes). It was suggested because I watched Dark.
There's not much on TV I watch these days apart from the news and football, but I've started the new BBC series Sherwood which is pretty good. The 1980s miner's striker background to the story gives it something extra. It's available on iPlayer.
Not exactly new, but Mrs Sheen watched House of Gucci last night, with Lady Gaga, who she said was the best thing in it. I suppose it used to be the norm, but it’s a real anachronism now to watch a film where people playing Italians in Italy speaka da Inglese likea they are Super Mario, includinga Al Pacino anda Jeremy Ironsa. I laughed at the bit I saw where Lady G said to him, “Mauricizio saida you useda be an actor”.
Not into Sci Fi normally but can recommend For All Mankind on Apple TV so far. Mixture of Apollo 11 and Mad Men.

In all seriousness though you are right it does get a bit much at times but I like the relationship with real life historical timelines and the (mostly) plausible plotlines.

Yes, I like that aspect. Nixon gets a bashing, but that's an easy target. It'll be interesting to see how they deal with the other (living) Presidents if and when that time comes. Also, Vietnam, Civil Rights etc.

Vietnam gets covered in a way you’ll like I think but I won’t spoil it for you!
I’ve been watching Bosch Legacy, more for old times’ sake than anything. It’s got a cheap recycled feel to it, even down to it being on freeetv, which is Amazon’s cheapo version of Prime with ads on it. Flimsy plot lines, A-Team calibre stunts, cameo pop ups from old colleagues - even his amazing house is reduced to the odd guest star bit part. One saving grace is Madison Lintz as his daughter. It’s a bit creepy given she has been in the show since she was about 14, but she has knockout Keira Knightly style looks, I can happily stare at her doing nothing for hours.
I noticed a deal for StarzPlay for £1.99 a month. Will check it out to let me finish Tokyo Vice.

I am up to date series 3 episode 3. its well worth sticking with despite any misgivings
