Has every season ticket holder's name been removed from their seats, or is it just in the Upper Loft?

I had to check my seat number FFS.

Oxford sub at start of second half

The players come out and line up for the start. Then a woman from the Oxford bench runs over to one of their players and has a long chat with him before he trudges off the pitch with her. He's replaced by a sub.

Never seen anything like it. What was all that about then?
