It looks as though it will be either £10 or £15 for the cup match as the Foxes are charging their season ticket holders 10 & general sale 15 , they are also currently saying that Rangers have taken the full allocation so either 3000 or around 4500 .
Norwich is on dec 29th rather than new years day , but apart from that i agree with everything you have said Terry . These are 12 carraige trains & after around 0930 they are running every 30 mins so in the unlikely event of 1 train being cancelled there would be options. Spoke to a friend who works for greater anglia & he reckons there will be more than enough cover for drivers etc as there are no early services to cover that day thus reducing the total number of trains to staff . We have had very few cancelled services on this line at short notice & i will be trusting it to get me the 16 minutes from Diss on dec 29, see you all there .
Yes i use this line to come to Rangers from Norfolk , should be all good for the Norwich away game . As you say service starts from Stratford that day went home from Stratford station after wednesdays game & it was fine , look at 2 singles to maybe be cheaper than a day return .
I had read this the same as you but on 2nd reading it says games will be selected by nov 1st but then announced later this month . So they know the TV fixtures but will not tell us yet . As you say not very helpful to anyone wanting to book travel/accomodation .
Not to Addinall of this board , he is in his 88th year & coming to his first game in nearly 2 years on tuesday all the way from North Norfolk . Played Trevor & his son Craig around 2000 in a mens doubles tennis tournament at Alburgh in Suffolk & despite him then being 50 he still had an amazing leap into the air for smashes/overhead shots. Really nice guy as well as being a superb footballer.
Yep leave 2 of our small players up on the halfway line when we defend a corner , other team leaves 3 back to defend that . Not only do we then have someone to clear the ball to for an attack but we have a 9 to 7 man advantage in our own box , plus our keeper has 5 less players blocking his view . Not so much last night but the usual corner conceded then means 3/4 minutes of other teams pressure or 2nd corner etc because we cant get out .
Are you going by train , Maybe down to London then up to Derby ? I see its bus replacement from ely to peterborugh which is a shame as i was going to get a return from Thetford for only £36 but not doing the 4 hours 50 each way .

I/ Brentford are home to Orient & charging £10 v's £28.50 for a non season ticket holder inc the booking fee , so any neutral just wanting to see a game will head there . I have done both round 1 & 2 , coming in again from Norfolk tomorrow & won,t get home until early hours of wednesday . In my experience when the home crowd is mainly the diehards it is a good atmosphere , teams performance pending of course .
Agree it does not look as though all season tickets have been released but Block E south africa rd was down to 6% & now at 40% block A @ 52% but i can clearly see my normal season ticket in Y block is now on sale & it no longer is reserved for me to buy . Maybe the seating plan is glitchy or really that many season ticket holders have bought their usual seat
That is for for the Palace game Dutch the OP is talking about Millwall , no season tickets need to be held for a league game as they are already bought whereas the Palace cup game they are reserved for season ticket holders to buy their own seat until this friday 5pm
Scenario 5 : The ticket map system is showing incorrect info . The A block was sold down to 6% a week ago , those blocks in school end showing 0% have been showing 0% since the tickets came on sale . When they finally realise something is in error it will be too late to then sell the tickets for A block etc & we could then have 30% empty seats in there & other supposedly currently almost sold out areas .
£19 all in is a reasonable price but it is the nigh on 20% booking fee add on taking it to £22.50 for season ticket holders or £28.50 for all other fans that is when the customer does all the work on the booking that i object to .
