We need to stop assuming footballers will develop at the same rate too. Its irrelevant what age a different footballer was when they broke through. Rooney was 16, Vardy was 25, both did it at the top level. Kelman is scoring goals, is breaking through the 50 to 100 to 150 game barriers making improvements. Its all good for us whatever happens. |

9 goals conceded all season, 12 clean sheets in a row, 1 open play goal conceded in their last 21 games. Can't wait for us to beat Sheff U, Leeds, Sunderland, Boro and them on our way to the playoffs |

Not something I really follow but a few years ago I went to a New York Red Bulls match and it blew my mind that the kick off time was merely some kind of recommendation. Game didn't start until a good 20 minutes after the kick off time and apparently thats normal over there |

Tanaka at Leeds is one who always stands out massively to me, not as flashy as some but would love a midfielder like him here. Jobe Bellingham at Sunderland and Tom Fellowes at WBA another 2 who I always like the look of. |
