We are desperate for cover at Centre Back. We are down to bare bones and one of the ones we have is set to walk out in the summer. We don't have anything decent as striker. Full back is our strongest position as we have cover on both sides. |

Take Russ back!!!! Oh my days. What?? Why?? Are we talking about the same Russ that bored the life out of the club? The one that left and required a 12 month process to get any compensation for? The same Russ who started the whole pass it around our own 6 yard box school of defending?? There is a world of football coaches out there to choose from and you want the king of self destructive defending back? The most boring manager on the planet |

"No loyalty in football"? It's only been 50 games. Showing loyalty is when you've been there several seasons and not wanting to leave. Offering yourself up to the team 1 place above after less than a season is showing you want out ASAP. The club are about to put multi million pound transfer decisions in his hands. Would you want to make a major investment on the say so of someone who has just shown that he has no long term plans for the club?? He needs to go now and let someone else be involved in the planing for the club |

No one is crazy enough to take Russy back!! 26 games without a win. Signing of Ogbeta, Fisher, Tjoe-a-on Sorinola Terrible, terrible manager |

Being not interested and having never been interested are two different things. If he has had a conversation with them about it, then he needs to go. He hasn't been here a year yet and is already discussing other options |

I think we are saying the same thing. There is nothing wrong with long balls when they are accurate and collected by team mates. We used to play long balls under Brendan and Laudrup. Williams would often play a 40-50 yard ball to the wings, but he could do it fairly accurately. These days we just shuffle it around, fearing anything longer than 15 yards. We don't mix it around and we don't open up space |

It is 'hoof' ball when you lump the ball into an area of the pitch hoping to win it a percentage of times. Not when you hit a pin point 40 yard pass to a team mate moving onto it with pace. The idea that there is a 'Swansea way' and that is a possession based game, is holding the club back when the rest of the workd has moved on. |

There was meant to be a new train service running from Carmarthen through to Paddington which would have reduced the travel time. Unfortunately it has been delayed by 3 years due to a lack of carriages. If they had electrified the line, it might cut travel time to under 2 hours. |

They could try and sort out the parking. It's unbelievably bad. I end up parking almost in Morriston and walking for ages. Fine in the summer, but on a wet winters evening it's easy to decide not to bother |

Was it a lack of motivation? I remember us being out played by a better team. We didn't strengthen in midfield in January that season. The lad from Villa just strolled around most of the game. It was a missed opportunity to invest and get us back in the Prem. Instead we took the cheap option. |

The WAG has the powers to do something about the lack of growth, but as usual has little creativity or appetite to do anything different. 10% of Income Tax rates is controlled by the WAG. Why not declare Port Talbot and the surrounding area an "Area for Economic Growth" or some such name. Then offer any company setting up Head Quarters with at least 10% of UK staff based in the area, a 7.5% reduction in Income Tax for employees paying income tax in Wales. |

The decline in Industry in the area has gone on for over 40 years with no replacement coming in to replace it. More recently Swansea Council and more specifically the planning department as to take the blame for some of it. How many millions have been wasted on driving Alco-tourism. Plans fir cafe culture boulevard and such nonsense thar resulted in Wind street being the main tourist attraction. Short term, weekend accommodation is the only hotels in the area. Where are the holiday parks for families around the Gower? Tenby has plenty and is then full of tourists all summer. Swansea planning block any attempts to provide family facilities in Swansea. |

Yeah great, if we're thinking of invading somewhere. Not sure what relevance it has to football. The money being spent on backroom staff with little really relevance is very concerning. |

I don't know what the fuss is about. He is an average Championship player. He would look good at League One level. He is certainly not Premier league level. That is why Brentford have loaned out a 22 year old. If they could have sold him, they would have. That's why he is still available in the last week of a transfer window. Sadly, that is the position we are in at the moment. That this is the pool of players we are swimming in. Average to below average Championship players |
