Esquerdinha Sounds like more of a sell on clause rather than a than a Faurlin situation. Huge percentage of true. https://br.bolavip.com/amp/fluminense/esquerdinha-se-despede-do-fluminense-e-des Leftist Farewell Fluminense completed the sale of left-back Esquerdinha to Queens Park Rangers (QPR), in England, for 600 thousand euros (approximately R$3.5 million at current prices) for 60% of the player's rights. At 18 years old, the young Xerém graduate said goodbye to the Laranjeiras club in an emotional post on social media. “Every kid who grows up playing football tries to find a club that opens its doors and believes in their dream. That place, for me, was Fluminense (…) (…) My home for half my life. Here I grew as a person, made my dreams come true and built memories that will be forever kept with affection and gratitude in my heart. (…) I thank God, my family and every member of the board, athlete and employee who surrounded me for an incredible nine years, honoring the institution and its passionate fans, who embraced me from the first moment. Together, without a doubt, we write unforgettable stories. The time to leave is difficult, but I leave proud of the boy who, at some point, lost the sparkle in his eyes when defending the Warrior Team. A happiness that no Moleque de Xerém, like me, is capable of forgetting. Thank you, Fluzão! Thank you very much!" wrote the player. With the transfer, Esquerdinha will continue his career in English football, playing for Queens Park Rangers, a club that competes in the Championship, the second division of English football. Fluminense maintains 40% of the athlete's economic rights, being able to profit from a future sale. Fluminense faces Boavista in the Carioca Championship On the other hand, Fluminense continues its focus on the Carioca Championship. After being defeated by Botafogo, last Wednesday (29), Mano Menezes' team tries to recover against Boavista. The Fluminense team returns to the pitch this Sunday (2), for the seventh round of the Carioca Championship. The match will take place at 9pm (Brasília time), at Maracanã. |

St Paddy’s Day 2018 Fulham Away. My Hammers mate Dodd and I came down from MK. Used to go R’s one week Hammers the next. Freezing wind was whipping at the stand all game. 2-0 down and Mass pulled 1 back just before half time. Couldn’t move my fingers to have a smoke at HT and I swear my pint was more like a lager slushy haha Few lads let off flares under the stand with everyone singing we never win away. 2nd half Pav netted the equaliser and could of nicked a winner Everyone crowded the first pub we came across to get some warmth after the game. Sadly Dodd passed away this summer just gone but both always said we had never been so cold as we were that day. |
| Forum Reply | Is it Palace for Eze? at 18:07 26 Aug 2020
I heard the Palace bid was £15mil plus £4.5 in add ons. Includes a 20% sell on fee, not sure if that is full fee or profit from future sale. Either way a good bit of business if true. I will be gutted to see Eze go but the lad deserves it. |

Heading up for the Derby game for the first time with my mates for my birthday so going to make a night of it. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for some good places to go before and after the game? Was looking at going to the Navigation Inn before the game [Post edited 20 Apr 2019 20:13]

| Forum Reply | Smithies gone to Cardiff - official at 16:16 28 Jun 2018
Gutted Smithies has gone and its nice to say that with the rubbish we have had over the years. Completely underrated in my opinion. Top top professional on and off the pitch, saved us points so many times i have lost count. Good luck Smithies Cardiff have got themselves one hell of a keeper. Ingram and Lumley definitely not at Smithies level but would stick with them. They both have potential and now is their chance to fight it out and make the no1 spot there own. U R'ssss |

Going back about 8 years we were going to Dublin for 1 night for my older brothers 21st had to be back the next day for a family party. we were in a couple of cars heading down the M1 to Luton airport. I was in the back of one of his mates Suzuki Jimny and my brother was following down behind he tried to call to say some bolts were coming off the Suzuki but as he did we veered from the outer lane across traffic and into the crash barrier on the hard shoulder with an artic just managing to miss us as we did so. The front axle had completely snapped which is why he lost control luckily nobody was hurt we made it to the airport had an awesome night and flew back ready for the party. We later found out my brothers idiot mate was using the 4x4 for offroading as well which is why the axle was knackered. Another incident i had was about 1 1/2 ago. I was driving the work van down a windy country road in heavy rain (granted going a bit too fast for the conditions). A car came round a bend partially on my side of the road. I moved further over and hit the verge which skidded the van and i lost control. I steered into the skid and the van went up on 2 wheels flung the van back the other way went back down on all four head on straight into a ditch between 2 trees facing the opposite way to which i was going. I just covered my face as i went in. I couldn't open either door because of the 2 trees so had to get out through the back. A few inches either way could have been a different story. I got up to the road again and realised i had forgot my smokes so went back for them. i spent 45mins on the phone trying to get hold of my boss in the heavy rain, told him i had put the van in a ditch the first thing out of his mouth was 'is the van alright' needless to say it was quite heated after that but again escaped without a scratch just a bit shaken. |
