I have finally solved the problem! With the steady increase of large high rise buildings in the area with no mention of light loss in the surrounding areas, the answer to our conundrum became both logical and obvious. We use the existing footprint, possibly the Jack Tizard school too, and build a Burj Khalifa style pair of tower blocks and balance the new Matrade Loftus Road stadium atop the buildings with a retractable roof and safety netting all round. Dedicated high capacity elevators for each stand, independent services to the stadium and a unique view over London for non football usage purposes.
I recall a few posters have used AI on for various reasons and I have a question of them. Is it possible to ask an AI bot to collect all QPR results, and other pertinent variables, from this century e.g. and interpret the possible outcomes against the next team we are playing?
I am not going to attempt to justify Smyth's crossing and shooting, but near the end of the game he skinned Brown, who had already been booked, who fouled him and as he ran back to defend the FK you could see him say to Branagan "I can't f*&king handle him" . IMO this is what he brings to the table, the ability to rattle defenders. Along with Kolli and Lloyd the Oxford defenders were having to double team them as they couldn't cope with them. The surprise, for me, was they didn't do it to Saito as well as he was a real thorn in their side most of the game. Whilst Dembele & Chair have been injured he has proved a lot more of an asset than a millstone like many think.
Based on a brace from Kolli, a brace from Field, should we be expecting a brace from Cook next match in advance of a huge sponsorship from a global fast food chain?
That could well be the difference; when ever I see a player do something good I remember that and any bad things are quickly forgotten, unless they have a shocker, then it's no excuses. It's almost the opposite of the Steve Cook thread; he can do no wrong in most people's eyes and for the most part they are completely correct, he IS an asset. From where I sit, I get to see him close up for 45 mins of every match and a trait that bothers me about him is that whenever he makes a mistake, he looks to berate or point at one of his teammates to mitigate his error. Saturday's example was a clearance straight into space out side the box and Norwich regained possession when Saito was out on the touchline and Morrison? Was an out ball ahead of him. He immediately starting pointing that there should have been someone there waiting for the ball from him. He does this around once a game and is, for me a negative to his game. Don't get me wrong, he is nowhere near Joey Barton levels of blaming everyone but himself but it isn't something a captain should be doing imo.
I am almost ashamed to say that I knew it was pronounced Say Toe from TMNT's Raphael using a Sai as his weapon of choice so I heard it pronounced many times
I have had a number of long chats with him at the ground for nearly a year now and when the subject of his exclusion from games was broached I said to him I didn't want to be nosy about it as if anything came to light from something I said would be be a breach of confidence and we would probably never speak again. He said thanks, and that the situation was complicated. That, honestly, is ALL I know about the issue. I never mentioned that his father or agent was being touted as the problem for the reasons stated above.
That used to be Gary Micklewhites job whilst all eyes were on "6'2", eyes of blue, Stevie Wicks is after you" IIRC it was Peter Lorimer RIP at Leeds back in the days of Norman Hunter and Billy Bremner.
Front row of MU, so I get a very clear view of games albeit with a lack of perspective of what is happening in the School end penalty box. IMO the full backs alternate in covering attacks dependent on which side the attacks come down with the free full back acting as the out ball to the touchline. Paal is no world beater but he is nowhere near as poor as you describe.
Looking back at the extended highlights, you can see Kolli keeps his eyes on the ball the whole time for the header, he didn't need to look where the goal was, he knew. Always a good sign.
I do know for a fact that Ebere's 1st pro contract was for £630 pw as he told me. As soon as the club realised what they had, he was offered a mid season contract renewal on a lot more money, I have no clue what Rayan is paid but I wouldn't be surprised if the £650 pw was in the right ballpark.
