I don't think there is any doubt of what he did for South Africa and Apartheid.
However, notwithstanding all of that I believe his life has been over exaggerated. Like someone said earlier, his face was a human Gucci bag - anyone who is anyone has to be seen with one!

I cannot believe that there are people who are giving tacit support to laws keeping races apart. You could have been black/white;it wasn't our choice.
If you ve ever met Afrikkaners it quickly becomes apparent they hate not just Blacks but the "English" for kicking their Boer forefathers out of the Cape and into the Free State. We did a good job on them though with our concentration camps in the Boer War.
