The woman he said it to didn't take offence.
And of course there is no justication in that remark, because twomen wearing head covering have never carried bombs have they.

The woman he said it to may not have taken offence, but you can be very sure many people would. By the programme showing the incident and then the reprimand, it saves them having to take the matter further as it's been publicly dealt with. | |
