hope the club is noticing 10:39 - Aug 23 with 3846 views | themodfather | the poor ticket sales for bolton and leeds, i know of some who have returned their away tickets for bolton..talk of 400 sold but that will include away season ticket holders scheme and may be around 250 and some not going. i know that lsa travel is having an extremely low demand and many unhappy at two long treks back to back for noon ko's and £34 or so for leeds is not helping. surely the team would want a decent turn out ( and well done to all who go....myself? i can go but don't want to, even if still unbeaten) ? hopefully TF can find a way....

Only thing they could do would be to offer free coaches to one/both of the games. But I agree this isn't our fault, I sent an email to the fan federation about Leeds' pricing and they agreed and said it was £2 cheaper than last year!! Actually QPR could also scrap the £3.50 booking fee. £1.50 should cover costs.

Yes as a gesture for a £34 12.15 game in Leeds the club could waive the booking fee, but Beard won't have it. They should also do free coach travel to a game a season but when we lobbied them for that last year we only got as far as having a tenner knocked off the cost of the Swansea bus. Still, not QPR's fault that these games are on TV or that they're expensive tickets. Really don't see how you can criticise QPR for this.

Agree the booking fee is too high, but can't see an extra £2 getting people to flock oop north for 2 games in the holiday season, both live on Sky. At least we're all agreed its not TF's fault!

If the club offered free coaches I would imagine the LSA would kick off saying its unfair as they also run coaches | | | | Login to get fewer ads

That would be a great idea to do at least one free coach (and not limit the places) per season, especially for some of the more difficult away days. The booking fee really angers me when it is clear that it isn't necessary, just like how Ticketmaster fck you over by claiming extra fees for almost everything.

I would hope the LSA would applaud anything to make fans lives easier, also how can they get upset about a free coach? Next you will be saying that London Midland will be suing us for having less customers on a match day.

A lot of clubs pick an away game at the end f the season and do a free coach as a thankyou for the support during the season. Like I say, we put it to QPR and they knocked a tenner off. Tight bstrds

hope the club is noticing on 13:10 - Aug 23 with 2881 views | gjc104 | As I live in the midlands, going to Bolton or Leeds is a shorter trip for me than coming down to LR. So the facts its a lunchtime KO doesnt worry me. TBH, nor does it have a bearing on my attendance if the game is on Sky. Leeds and Bolton are 2 of the 'biggest' away games this season, I was expecting large numbers on our part, its a surprise to me that some are talking about such a low turn out. Maybe its just me!
hope the club is noticing on 13:27 - Aug 23 with 2810 views | ozranger | I agree, from an Aussie point of view, the £34 is ridiculous. It's not that we are in the premiership. I, for one, was tied into going to this game some time ago, so was set down for the £34. I will admit that as a f/t student I am only paying £22 but even that is steep for us. I can see an A-League game in the away section for under £10 within a crowd of around 20,000. Hope to catch up with one or two of you at the game.

So you blame the club and TV We'd only take a 1000 plus to these games if they were not on TV. ATAF. Even if they knocked £10 off the travel or offered free travel would anyone seriously go with the supporters club to Leeds or Bolton away for the 4th / 5th game of the season. When it's sunny. When it's on sky. And the cricket is still on.

To be honest I could have kissed Sky when they moved both of them. Bolton Ground in a retail park where you're pre-match choices are either drinking miles away in Manchester or queueing for a table in fcking pizza hut. 10,000 empty seats and zero atmosphere at the end of the most expensive train line in the country. Leeds Total shthole miles and miles out of the city centre with as much chance of a magic carpet ride back afterwards as a taxi. Expensive tickets, dire away end, and on the off chance you get a result they all want to fcking kill you. Saved me about £300. And then they moved Reading as well - which is an amalgamation of all the bad points of both of the above. Not bothering with that one either. If they're looking in on this and fancy shifting Birmingham away and Blackburn away as well that would be wonderful.

hope the club is noticing on 15:52 - Aug 23 with 2557 views | themodfather | re club offers buy one get one free for swindon ( certain areas) lsa do run coaches to games and when a free coach ran to leeds, the club did pay for one lsa coach too. people do say "it's a results business" and we are unbeaten but qpr fans are not finding these games attractive. i did the huddersfield trip for an 11am ko?? years back but can't be bothered this time. for those going, i hope the day is great and a win! we do have some great "northern" qpr support and they can boost numbers.

There are now eighteen eating places at the retail park - could do with some decent shops! ;-)
