Yes, yes and yes! Why did we move from the 80s? Those were the good old days indeed. Progress? Pffft, whatever. My life's more complicated now, kids, work, responsibilities and all that. I still got the Atari 2600 console with about 30 games
Regression is good once in a while, isn't it?

More 80s than 70s though I'd say. Teletext them was the (frustrating) days anyone else often find their teletext was often all jumbled up on certain channels and didn't work properly.

favourite cheese mature Cheddar. FFS there is no such thing as the EPL
The thing I remember about teletext was the excitement waiting for the page to change and seeing if there was any change to the score. Then, once a few teams had scored goals, page 2 (where we usually were) would become page 3 so the wait was even longer. Many years later they introduced the option of turning the pages automatically which was revolutionary.
With the Atari 2600, I found an Ipad app which gives you loads of old Atari games as they were back then. It’s actually pretty crap and costs a lot, but its great for nostalgia and I’ve been revisiting Chopper Command and Decathlon.
