Brilliant signing, so far our squad for next season is looking a bit Englandesque, great keeper, experienced at the back and most certainly in central midfield, I'll echo my previous thoughts that JLAA aint the messiah and the one key component required now is the holy grail, the fellow to lead the front line with Grimes or whoever playing off him.

And that's where JLAA comes in very useful as he's capable of playing anywhere across the frontline. He's also our best impact sub which is a bit contradictory as well! One thing he's rarely had the opportunity to do is play in a proper front two, and he'd thrive much more in that role than as a lone frontman.

I completely agree with that and am truly hoping JLAA does sign on for at least another year.
We are now seeing the beginnings of a squad coming together, blending both youth and experience in the right positions. There's still work to be done but, unlike with Eyre, you can see a method behind JC's signings. |  |
