Suggestions for Coleman 13:02 - Dec 1 with 1155 views | SullutaCreturned | Right then, we have a new board, a new set of owners, can they turn things around? There is a lot to do and I knw Coleman talks to fans when he's in the away end so come on guys, any suggestions how to improve things, lets see... I'd kick it off by saying put Wifi in the ground, when people try to use their phones during matches they can't get a signal, I can't send texts or use the internet and it's really annoying, worse still I cannot make or recieve phone calls. My wife has epilepsy and if someone phones me in an energency and can't get through...well I'm sure there are other people in similar positions. Also, why does the club need an outside partner to do credit for season tickets, can't they say that if you vuy one for next season then you can also start to pay monthly for the season after. When you are buying seats for 3/4 people it's very expensive and the ability to start paying early in a continuos payment scheme without interest may be popular, specially when every penny goes to the club. I know that if it were available (bearing in mind I didn't renew for this season because I'd had enough of Levein and Kaplan) I would buy tickets for next season right now. Surely they can do something?

The club is retarded in its thinking and always go for the obvious. Kids for a quid etc. I’ve given up up saying the same things on this. There’s no ‘fans connect’ no incentives ( and I’m not talking about reduced admission) I’m on about reducing south stand season tickets by a hundred quid at the start of the season. Stretching out to west and east Wales, schools and colleges regularly. Mid Wales has a big Swans support, but get up there, not at the Welsh show anymore. Utilise the ticket office as a proper ticket office selling all manner of events, connect with other ticket agencies and charge them the £2.50 that’s lumped on by ticketmaster turn their greed against them, maybe then it will be open more. And they will make money. These are generally easy ideas. There’s far more out there, we have a miserable commercial brain, it’s outdated and has no motive.

Suggestions for Coleman on 19:15 - Dec 1 with 757 views | QJumpingJack | Appoint an experienced sporting director Suggest to Luke that he needs an experienced "old head" in the dug out with him. Maybe consider buying an experienced Championship player in the January transfer window who has experience of winning promotion to the Premier League. Improve the wifi Improve the very poor catering options within the ground. Consider bringing back "linked tickets/3 for the price of 2" around bigger games. Hold a fans forum - it is now a clean slate. You have nothing to lose. Work with the Trust

Don't mention the Trust - you will only set him off ... Agree with all your thoughts though Also I would add ( unless restricted by regulations ) where there is demand and availability , sell more tickets to away supporters Also bring back ticket sales on the day, cash purchases ( for those who don't have cards ) and reopen the ticket office for 6 days a week

Suggestions for Coleman on 06:03 - Dec 2 with 526 views | PawelAbbott | They could try and sort out the parking. It's unbelievably bad. I end up parking almost in Morriston and walking for ages. Fine in the summer, but on a wet winters evening it's easy to decide not to bother

This is another example of why supporters stay at home and watch on tv. I don't mind getting wet on the way home but not on the way down.
Suggestions for Coleman on 09:25 - Dec 2 with 432 views | Azzuriswan | Kids for a quid on a regular basis only in the South Stand which is looking more empty every home game which should also improve the atmosphere in the ground. Open the ticket office up more often and allow cash sales of tickets and in the club shop.

Yep. Encourage kids to leave their devices and actually encourage folk to go . Advertise games even It’s the biggest advertisement for the city of Swansea ,worldwide. Nothing else comes close

Suggestions for Coleman on 13:10 - Dec 2 with 323 views | ReslovenSwan1 | Ask the Trust to sponsor the Women's team's shirts. Use the Welsh name for the Women's team Dinas Abertawe. The shirts sponsors name of the shirts at Derby were illegible. Check that the all-surface facilities agreed under the stadium deal have actually been built and advertise this good work. I do not know if this has been done or not. Make close relations with US teams and send players injured but Now recovered to get game r time over there. This summer Ginnell, Njoe an On, Parker. Also Abdullai who is not getting game time. Get answers from the academy why they have not produced goalkeeper or centre forwards of quality. Sack Anthony O,'Connell and Wyndam. Inform the fans that some of their chanting are ethnic slurs and as such illegal. Bring back zero tolerance. Allow fans to buy shares in the club to fund the academy. Norwich did this a few years back. [Post edited 2 Dec 13:15]

Suggestions for Coleman on 14:19 - Dec 2 with 251 views | Ferryjack123 | Make more of the fact that we are a Welsh team playing mostly against English teams at home.. Play music from Welsh bands before the game.. get local male/women choirs from all over Wales to come and sing 10/15 minutes before the match on the pitch.. turn the volume up loud as hell and leave them belt it out.. Get local bands to play in the concourse before the match.. I think we tried it before but not sure why it stopped? Let 2 local kids team play a match against each other on the pitch before the match.. again think we used to do it at the vetch In my opinion we don't make enough of the fact that we are a Welsh team playing in a English league.. make it into a us and them scenario We can do much more than we currently do
Suggestions for Coleman on 14:43 - Dec 2 with 213 views | Kilkennyjack | Spend investment money on the first team. Get that right and the rest usually follows. Limit Academy signings to be within 2 hours drive of the Liberty (?) so we have to produce our own. No more agent inspired cast offs from manutd, arsenal, or Chelsea. More like Ben, Joey, Rodon, Roberts and Shaun please.

That is Govea (Equador) off to Cardiff along with Lissah and Kyrell Wilson. You may have noticed the hot Welsh players are struggling g big time. Congreve and JT are finding league 2 too tough for them. Cooper and Cullen are now only coming through 4 years after leaving the u21. Cabango emerged at an earlier age. Wales do not produce forwards. Hartson was the last powerful CF and he chose to go to Luton. Henia and Nzingo along with Wilson are closest to the first team. (all ineligible in your plan), Woodward is showing promise in the u18. Iwan Morgan walked and dropped out of the Welsh u19 squad so not deemed to be ding great by them.

If the fans were chanting anything illegal I would expect the police to have stepped in by now, as they did at Tottenham. The third one is a complaint not a suggestion. The first one is not for Coleman so doesn't belong on this thread. The fifth one, why send them so far, use teams closer so their progress can be tracked more easily.

Club football is about getting the best players we can. It’s not about getting local players or developing players for the Welsh team. Why hamstrung ourselves unnecessarily? I despair at some of the insularity on display in this thread.
