Right then, we have a new board, a new set of owners, can they turn things around? There is a lot to do and I knw Coleman talks to fans when he's in the away end so come on guys, any suggestions how to improve things, lets see...
I'd kick it off by saying put Wifi in the ground, when people try to use their phones during matches they can't get a signal, I can't send texts or use the internet and it's really annoying, worse still I cannot make or recieve phone calls. My wife has epilepsy and if someone phones me in an energency and can't get through...well I'm sure there are other people in similar positions.
Also, why does the club need an outside partner to do credit for season tickets, can't they say that if you vuy one for next season then you can also start to pay monthly for the season after. When you are buying seats for 3/4 people it's very expensive and the ability to start paying early in a continuos payment scheme without interest may be popular, specially when every penny goes to the club. I know that if it were available (bearing in mind I didn't renew for this season because I'd had enough of Levein and Kaplan) I would buy tickets for next season right now. The club is retarded in its thinking and always go for the obvious. Kids for a quid etc. I’ve given up up saying the same things on this. There’s no ‘fans connect’ no incentives ( and I’m not talking about reduced admission) I’m on about reducing south stand season tickets by a hundred quid at the start of the season. Stretching out to west and east Wales, schools and colleges regularly. Mid Wales has a big Swans support, but get up there, not at the Welsh show anymore. Utilise the ticket office as a proper ticket office selling all manner of events, connect with other ticket agencies and charge them the £2.50 that’s lumped on by ticketmaster turn their greed against them, maybe then it will be open more. And they will make money. These are generally easy ideas.
There’s far more out there, we have a miserable commercial brain, it’s outdated and has no motive. |  |

Check that the all-surface facilities agreed under the stadium deal have actually been built and advertise this good work. I do not know if this has been done or not.
Make close relations with US teams and send players injured but Now recovered to get game r time over there. This summer Ginnell, Njoe an On, Parker. Also Abdullai who is not getting game time.
Get answers from the academy why they have not produced goalkeeper or centre forwards of quality.
Sack Anthony O,'Connell and Wyndam.
Inform the fans that some of their chanting are ethnic slurs and as such illegal. Bring back zero tolerance.

Make more of the fact that we are a Welsh team playing mostly against English teams at home.. Play music from Welsh bands before the game.. get local male/women choirs from all over Wales to come and sing 10/15 minutes before the match on the pitch.. turn the volume up loud as hell and leave them belt it out..
Get local bands to play in the concourse before the match.. I think we tried it before but not sure why it stopped?
Let 2 local kids team play a match against each other on the pitch before the match.. again think we used to do it at the vetch

Club football is about getting the best players we can. It’s not about getting local players or developing players for the Welsh team. Why hamstrung ourselves unnecessarily?
