Former military leadership advisor Ian Leman has been appointed Head of Performance Intelligence at Swansea City.
Leman spent 12 years in the UK military, which included three tours of Afghanistan leading elite teams on military intelligence operations.
His specialism is influence and he worked on defence liaison operations in the Middle East and South East Asia, as well as becoming a senior leadership instructor for the RAF.
For the last three years, Leman has run his own performance consultancy and started advising Swansea City in August 2023. Now his role with the club has become permanent and he takes on the new title of Head of Performance Intelligence. |  |
