Ring go 13:26 - Oct 15 with 2158 views | colinallcars | Not the drummer in a little-known pop group that had a few minor hits way back, but Hammersmith's parking payment system. It makes the Rs website look like a work of inspired genius. Anyone else (tried) using it ?
Ring go on 13:40 - Oct 15 with 2083 views | Ned_Kennedys | It’s alright if you download and use the app: it remembers your car for the next time. Fiddly to begin with though.
Ring go on 13:40 - Oct 15 with 2082 views | TheChef | Yeah it's in lots of areas these days, depending on the borough/council - I use the app and usually it works fine for me.

Ring go on 14:02 - Oct 15 with 2008 views | Juzzie | Same, once the app set up on my phone it's been fairly easy each time I've used it (which hasn't been that many times though). Unless you have the memory of a goldfish, switch off the reminder notifications as each one you receive you will be charged for.

Ring go on 17:07 - Oct 15 with 1743 views | Bluce_Ree | Hate that shit. There are a few parking apps out there and by the time you get to a specific place you better hope you never set up the app before because now you'll probably have to sign in again but you don't remember the password because you set it in a car, in a hurry, ages ago. Shite. Also, back in the day if you wanted to go to do some shopping in Tooting, Wimbledon or Croydon, you could fk about with real car parks or you could park 3-5 mins out in a street where you knew there'd usually be spaces. Not anymore. Now every space is on the app and wants three fking quid an hour. War on motorists continues. C**ts.
| Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. He runs like a cheetah, his crosses couldn't be sweeter. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore. |

I've had that problem with apps I've used once.... then months later I've forgotten my password though now I do have them automatically saved. I don't think it's a war on motorists as such, just that everywhere we go someone somewhere is taking the opportunity to fleece what they can out of people.
Ring go on 09:39 - Oct 16 with 1260 views | thame_hoops | once you set it up, its a great App. so much easier than carrying around £1 coins for meters | | | | Login to get fewer ads
Ring go on 23:34 - Oct 16 with 1009 views | colinallcars | I tried it to get a visitors permit for a relative. It refused to recognise my postcode . I phoned Hammersmith council and they said it was a common problem and they'd set up the account for me. Unfortunately, they put an erroneous number in somewhere, so I have two accounts neither of which I can use. The “help” centre is a robot and if your question isn't on their list you can't proceed. There doesn't seem to be a way you can speak to a human.

...and that surreal moment on verifying when a bot asks if you're a bot!
