Scotland and Wales classing anyone who had Covid with in 28 days of dying as a Covid death, regardless of their actual cause of death.
In England, we are classing anyone who has ever tested positive for Covid as a covid death. So someone could have have tested positive in February and get run over by a bus today, and they will be added to the list of Covid deaths.
As I have said all along, the numbers are fabricated and exaggerated. History will show that we performed as well, if not better than most of the large European countries ( which will upset some on here )
Cancer Research UK are predicting that the lack of urgent care and referrals could contribute up to 35,000 excess deaths as well.
Heart conditions etc also contributing to excess deaths.
For about 4 years we were told the Russia made brexit happen. The guardian, observer, independent, James o Brien, Carole codswallope, Anna soubry et al....all told us this report would show that brexit was controllwd by Russia
What went wrong? What will be the next excuse by the lunatic fringe?

I'm pretty sure the recession we're going to be in for the coming months/years is going to be a result of Brexit in the eyes of the loony minority.

Online stuff mainly involving celebrities and people who are famous on the internet. I'd like to think that's what gives me my fantastic sense of humour on this forum.
Your sense of your sense of humour is like the covid figures you mention.

Sounds great that
It was a good watch. Plenty to laugh at but scary too. It dissected Trump’s rise to the presidency through his use of Twitter. The man is clearly a monster, but a monster who found a medium to speak to the type and numbers of people who buy into his craziness and not only have given him a platform, but also power. Something we saw in the 30’s with a person who also liked whipping up a frenzy in mass rallies.
It is also a portrait of pure narcissism at work but what is really worrying is the way that he clearly connects with large numbers of people and pushes their buttons. George Orwell must be spinning in his grave.

what is the next excuse to blame brexit on?
Running out of "smoking guns"
I don't do twitter or Facebook so I can't be influenced by Russian bots but is the issue a foreign government trying to influence the result of our referendum ?
Would this count as trying to influence the referendum ?

The issue is not influence per se. It is undisclosed influence. Obama was not sneaking around - he said what he said and many people were put off by it and the fact of him saying it.
If Putin had come our and said I think a Trump presidency is a great idea, the US people could have taken or left what he said. But given that most people would have been a little suspicious about anything that Putin wanted, that might not have had the desired result. Far better to try to influence from the shadows where noone can judge the motives of the influencer.
It's interesting that all the Brexit supporting cry-babies are now bending over backwards to dismiss anything that could reduce the legitimacy of the Brexit vote.
What they should be wondering is why did Putin want what they voted for?
