Be superb.

Get a good experienced coach alongside him, jobs a good un.

Just think of the reality ..... swans with thierry vs redbirds with colin. No words.

Colin is a very good Championship Manager awfull style but it mostly works in the Championship.

Shortened back in to 5s, second favourite behind Mellon boy, so somebody is buying into Risca's story.

Mellon or Toshack it will be

I don't doubt the fact he was interviewed, what baffles me is why! Nothing personal against the guy, looks like a top bloke, he's done an excellent job down there, but the style of play don't seem to fit with the reboot of twelve months ago does it?

In fairness to him, it is a style that works down in the bottom divisions, we should know, we saw plenty of hoof em up down the Vetch over the years.

He's like a junior Colin, without the success.

Again, he did a shit job at Monaco. Why put himself through that again in far more difficult job?

He's not going to, no chance!

Just because he plays one style with Newport doesn’t mean he’d do the same here.

We were lucky in League One that we had the players who were capable of playing that way. Martinez signed technically good players and also got good players playing good football. He wouldn’t have got the same out of some of the cloggers we’d assembled under Jackett

Newport had a couple of decent results against PL teams in cups but the bits 'I've seen (on TV and not many) in the league suggests they are a team that succeeds on direct play and emotion.
Our successful style has been the opposite of that. I know loads of fans want an up and at 'em approach but has never really worked for us.
I have idea really but Flynn strikes me as a Kenny Jackett type manager who was great in the lower leagues but not quite able to adapt to the Championship, would Flynn be the same?

His appointment may not go down too well with our Irish fans....

Would be like Joe Jordan coming here.

It's in the past, if he gets the job will support him like any other manager.

It's not like we hold grudges for very long😂😂😂

Thierry Henry's odds drifting away and Cam Toshack shortening.

Micky Mellon is still odds on, it is starting to look like I've been sold a dud with this one.

Good, if it's the choice between the three, I'd go for either Mellon or Tosh.

I want a mate like Flashberryjacks, who wears a Barnsley jersey with "Swans are my second team" on the back.

He did one of his badges alongside Patrick Viera. Remember them saying how much they admired Garry Monk.

Chico loved him.

OK I've changed it.
