Wasn't much in it, albeit all shirt pulling is a foul. It would have gone against the fashion of 'reffing the game as you expect it to be reffed', or whatever the expression is, to have given a penalty. They (Stockley Park) did seem to communicate with Kevi Friend over the incident but he took no action.
