As alluded to by Keith. Players will have to move on in January to make room for more and probably to cut down the squad. So if you were Keith who would go? And what sort of player would you be looking for?
I'd say to players to go Norman, Randall, Clough, Alby, Perks and possibly Inman because we have so many players like him. Can see Cannon going as much as I like him. Finnerty could do with a loan. Is he on a 12month deal or 2 years? A striker to play with Hendo and a defensive midfielder with league 1 experience and isnt 38. Would be my targets.

Moore & Kgosi will more than likely not be given new contracts at the end of the season and if Cannon has any sense, he’ll find a new club. I was at the Oxford game when he was thrown back in out of nowhere and he was no better or worse than any of our other defenders but was the fall guy and hauled off. Maybe he will, but with other players at the club who can play right back it’s hard to fathom why we’d increase our already large squad further with a loan player to provide competition. |  |

I thought that the rationale behind signing Randall was that he was going to play wingback; we still playing 3-5-2 at the time and he would be more adventurous and a better crosser of the ball than Rafferty. Or Cannon, the reluctant wingback. | | | |
