The results have still not been published. I completed the survey myself at the beginning of the season. Since the trust met with the board we’ve had no update. Can the trust put a statement out updating its members on the report and any followed up actions from meeting with the board? We all expect that the survey was not good reading, but any delay in publishing them only makes it worse and creates a feeling of apathy when asked to contribute to future surveys Personally I’ve seen no change in the quality of food.

The way the survey was put together or at least the way people responded to it, made it difficult to put it out in any sort of format. The key thing from it was the comments of which there were loads. The key findings concerned the quality of the products, running out of stock and the preparation of the products. In terms of the quality, the hot dogs have been changed (they were the biggest source of complaints) and there's been a new pie added to it. In terms of running out of stock, we did a secret shopper task the week after the survey with the Pearl Street running out before half time. Action has been taken to ensure this doesn't happen again. As for the preparation, there is a commitment from the club to spend a sizeable amount on new ovens. Don't know if they are in yet but when they are, they should make a big difference. There's more to be done, with the coffee situation still to be addressed. There's been a bit of a limbo period between Russ leaving and James coming in but it's not forgotten about. The ticketing survey is published on the trust site on Monday evening. We've sent a copy to the club but we've not had chance to discuss it as of yet.

Thanks Col, The main concern reading that is the preparation, hopefully no hygiene issues were highlighted or if that was the case they were acted on immediately. Most stadium food is overpriced were ever you go now it seems the “norm” however, in years gone by the club produced decent quality, likely before it was outsourced to an external company. I’d just like a piping hot pie for my money and a decent brew. If you can keep us updated that would be much appreciated

I would say there has been a definite upturn in the grub since the new fella got the new catering company in.
Our poor catering on 12:56 - Nov 5 with 5886 views | boromat | Yes to be fair the complaints about the Steak and Pepper Pie were taken on board and instead of getting rid of it (for those that enjoy a bit of pepper as they must have sold reasonably well) they've kept it and added steak and kidney. Seems they've changed where they can.

Our poor catering on 13:26 - Nov 5 with 5838 views | Yorkshire_Dale | Good to hear they are spending a few quid on developing the kiosks.......however,as a tight Sandylaner ours needs a bit of a re-vamp surely.........? If it's raining (which it always is around this time) you have to queue up with the weather elements and sort out your brew from the condiments table with no cover at all. Who wants a damp serviette? That whole area around the floodlight needs a clean up

Our poor catering on 14:27 - Nov 5 with 5769 views | aleanddale | Again less could be more ( common theme ) Better quality Pie and peas / gravy offer at a reasonable price. Bean to cup machine for coffee? ( a la Greggs ) + more options NOT ON A MEAL DEAL. Quick / Hot / Fresh / Tasty / competitively priced. Get the 5 points above sorted and the kiosks would be packed to the rafters on a match day. I think its just to expensive.... you can get grub in Spotland reform pre match at half of the price and its cracking food. I appreciate there is a premium and a few tweeks here and there and we will be back on track.

Do you need to be a member of Spotland reform or need to be signed in for a pre match drink?what are the current beers ( hand pulled) on offer?
Our poor catering on 20:08 - Nov 6 with 5410 views | BartRowou | What those in charge need to realise is that a lot of Dale fans remember a time when the refreshments were something to look forward to. A cup of peas and gravy might not sound as thrilling as "Meal Deal Number 3" but it was unique, filling and about a tenth of the price. On a side note, while we're currently better than Oldham in nearly every department, they do have a fantastic refreshments kiosk in the Rochdale Rd End, full of sweets, chocolate, drinks, pies etc plus free fruit. It feels like a shop and not like a franchise.

Golden Pippin seems to have replaced MPA as the permanent beer on, which (imho) is a good thing. The other pump is a guest beer which changes very regularly. Only id required is if the landlord doesn't recognise you and thinks you could be an away fan, he may ask to see proof you're a Daley.

Our poor catering on 18:10 - Nov 7 with 4856 views | 442Dale | Let’s hope the continued dialogue will see fans being listened to as we move forward. You know, like with the fixture board which proclaimed we were playing Luton on the 3rd this morning. It’s not as if we’ve two more home games this week, right? Time to take it down.

Can we not go digital?????.......so someone can still sit in the office/shed and save themselves the long walk round to the corner at Willbutts Lane....by simply pressing a keyboard?? Besides it's only the best part of a week since Luton were in town.......>

What did they run out of ?? At 4.30 there were trays of pies being carried along the front of the stand as the catering hut closed. Maybe they just ran out of a particular variety of pie, rather than ALL pies.
