Week 34 Results BARNSLEY 2 BRISTOL CITY 2 Bristol City get a 91st minute equaliser, but have now gone 11 games without an away win, as they deny Barnsley a first home win in 12 games. So this game had all the makings of being a draw, but nobody got it spot-on, and only burnsieespana had the outcome. There were 18 who predicted a win for Bristol City. LEEDS 2 BOLTON 1 Leeds end a run of four games without a win. A decent 7 had this spot-on, and a further 9 got the outcome. BLACKPOOL 1 DONCASTER 2 A first win in 8 away games for Doncaster. There was only mfb_cufc who predicted a win for Doncaster, and he got it spot-on. ROTHERHAM 1 PETERBOROUGH 1 Peterborough get a 98th minute equaliser. That was good news for the 4 who had this spot-on, and the 1 who got the outcome. BARNET 2 CREWE 1 Two Akinde penalties win it for Barnet. Well done to thrillseeker for being the only one to get this spot-on, with the 8 all going for a 1-0 having the outcome. GRIMSBY 0 STEVENAGE 0 Grimsby take their winless run to 19 with this bore draw. Well done to Sector4 for being the only one to have this spot-on, and 5 more got the outcome. MANSFIELD 0 ACCRINGTON 1 10-man Mansfield are now without a league win over Accrington in 14 attempts. There were 4 who got this spot-on, with a further 9 having the outcome. PORT VALE 2 CHESTERFIELD 1 A first win in 15 for 10-man Port Vale. Well done to concordman for being the only one have this spot-on, and another 8 got the outcome. WATFORD 2 BOURNEMOUTH 2 A 92nd minute equaliser for Bournemouth. That was good news for Sector4 who did well to be the only one to get this spot-on, but not such good news for the massive 11 who predicted Watford to win 2-1, in what was the weeks most predicted result, and 4 did have the outcome. HULL 0 ASTON VILLA 0 Villa's chances of sealing a Championship automatic promotion place suffered a blow as they played out a bore draw against Hull. Nobody got any points from this game. There were 18 who predicted a win for Villa. A real mishmash of results this week, with five games ending in draws - but only one ending 1-1 - making it difficult to find those important 3 pointers. Despite having three 2-1 home wins, only Leeds got significant support. A fourth one with Watford would have made a big difference, but Bournemouth had other ideas. The 105 total points achieved gave us the lowest 10 game week of the season so far. So in what was overall a tough week three members did well to get three spot-on, lead by Sector4, who made another big stride in avoiding being relegated, by having the Leeds 2-1 to go with the two mentioned above, and also one outcome, he is the weeks top scorer with a brilliant 10 points. Three spot-ons also for thrillseeker, (the wins for Leeds, Accrington and Barnet), and for concordman (the wins for Leeds, Accrington and Port Vale) to give them both an excellent 9 points. A points total also achieved by RSCOSWORTH, by having the Leeds 2-1 and the Rotherham 1-1 spot-on, and three outcomes. In the Premier After a rare two week spell without a 3 pointer thrillseeker hit back in a big way, and the three this week puts the mrhappy record back on the agenda, with 6 more needed in 32 games. Still a tall order, and I am sure he will be thrilled just win a third title. A superb second-half of the season continued this week for RSCOSWORTH, and he moves up another place, and has a first title in his sights. Talking of mrhappy, not a good week for noah4x4 to use his tactics, and despite winning the race to be first to a century of outcomes, and after holding a clear lead at one stage, he is now under pressure to even make the Charity Shield, as gsy163 continues to close in after another solid week. At the bottom the spectacular effort by Sector4 to avoid being relegated moved up a notch, and his top scoring week has given him every chance of avoiding the drop. it took a solid week from Gate16 to keep him at arms length. In Division One Enthralled by another win for his beloved U's, another solid week for durham_exile greatly enhanced his chances of finally returning to the Premier. Despite a second week without a 3 pointer gerry_us remains favourite to join him. The competition for the play-off spots continues to be as competitive as it has been all season, and the excellent week from concordman moves him back into those spots. But with only 4 weeks and 32 games left to the season, those positions look like they could be going to the last game of the season before being decided.
