Annual award night 00:14 - May 21 with 12677 views | Gowerjack | Congratulations to swanseajill for your award, much deserved and a reminder of simpler times at our football club. The food was very pleasant. The evening as a whole was I thought very muted however,it is getting increasingly hard to spot the normal fan at the event and the atmosphere has suffered as a result. This can't have been helped by the fact that "Players & Staff of Swansea City Football Club" occupied 18 of the 58 available tables. I suppose it would be fair to question how this event can once again be something for the ordinary fan bearing in mind the immense demand for tickets coupled with the high demand from the club for tickets and the complete lack of a suitable sized venue in Swansea in which to hold it. Did anyone else on here go and what are their views ?

Annual award night on 00:20 - May 21 with 5692 views | Swanseajill | I went!!!! Have to say I'm still a bit shocked yet thrilled with the award. I did mention to Phil, that someone could have told me beforehand.... I would have bought a new frock. And to pass a table full of players all standing and applauding...was such a change from me doing it at every game they play.
Annual award night on 00:25 - May 21 with 5680 views | ymaohyd | I went. Enjoyed it, not as much as previous seasons though. Went to the toilet, sitting in the cubicle and overheard two gents talking, one saying ' This is a nightmare ', when I went out it was two players! In one of the speeches, can't remember whom, but alluded to the Swans employing over 300 people! Is that right?

Player were brilliant and no problem talking to the fans who were interested in getting selfies/autographs👠I enjoy it, but less and less real fans, more and more money people 😕

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

A woman sitting by me asked her husband. "has Shelvey even scored this season?" when discussing goal of the seaon. It's a pity that more genuine fans can't get tickets.

I ve amazed she s tolerate me and my little peccadilloes (ask Warwick) over the years. Without her and her band of troops we might not have a club to bitch over . I could say more but I ll save it for now. Congratulations ma am and proud to know you. ps, Barnett looks good Rich/ Mag
