I know and I don't blame anyone for joining in or not, up to the individual and personally i didn't join in and found it odd at the time they were singing it although reading a post from hunterhoop it sounds like it was due to a few singing he should go so that made more sense.

TBH, Redknapp has no hope and therefore neither do we, but I only have one question for TF and the Board. How the hell are you going to manage the debt you and your appointee's negligence have cost us, as a football club?

Its all well and good saying that you are here for the long term and that we don't have any real debt as its all internal, but how deep are your collective pockets and can we have re-assurance that no matter how big YOUR debt climbs, you will honour it, writing it off when it comes time to leave?

The way things are going, we will not achieve Premiership stability for many, many years to come; we only need to look at how next season's squad will look to know that, so how much can we lose each season, or do you have to start balancing the books now?

As someone said above 'its your money' and I'd be happy if it were, but when those t1ts go up (not long now), will it really be YOUR money???

Redknapp, like Hughes before you, has cost you (teh club???) lots and lots of money.

Notice TF has actually, specifically moved to end speculation NOW - but where does he categorically say that Harry Redknapp is here UNTIL THE END OF THE SEASON no matter what happens?. But I think it's absolutely fine to critique him as a "manager" and post these criticisms. That is not "sniping". It's what a message board forum is for, in the same way it's perfectly reasonable to voice such criticisms with your mates in the pub.

As I said on the "Gone" thread. I worry for Les now, unless he's been guaranteed things will be done his way when HR retires at the end of the season. I'd hate to see Les leave/be forced out when he appears to be taking his role very seriously, has the club's best interests at heart and seems to care about more than the immediate short term.

It's also a really strange one in that if we lose at Stoke, lose at home to S'oton and lose to Sunderland, we really will be staring down the barrel. What then? TF has done this before - publically backing the manager to end doubt - then having to fire him soon after when the board out voted him.

Even 1 point from the next 3 will probably see us bottom and at least 3 points from safety.

There were a few posters on here who said we wouldn't make the play-offs last season when we hit a bad run of form. When we did, some of the posters said we'll go along for the day out but Derby would spank us.

We're poor, but so are Hull, Leicester, Burnley, Sunderland and Villa. Palace and West Brom could still have a dip.

It will probably run to the wire - maybe we'll get our first away wins at Villa and Leicester - and that might be enough to keep us up by the odd point.

I get more disillusioned with Redknapp by the day, and I didn't start out any too positive, but I am still deeply unconvinced by Sherwood and fearful of any manager we could get in mid-season. Palace and WBA have scooped the two best options and even those two don't seem to me to be great long-term bets.

In any case we still have hope because other sides aren't great either. At the end of the weekend we actually aren't much worse than when we started other than being 3 points further behind Palace.

After sacking Warnock and Hughes, TF is shy of a trilogy. But I think we are highly likely to be relegated now baring a miracle, as we surrender at away games and now have a highly unfavourable run of home games where we are likely to pick up few points. The trouble with not getting rid of him is that Harry thinks he's doing a great job.

He's made that clear in all his pre-emptive 'no ones going to fire me interviews'.

For me that means nothing is going to change, including our negative approach away and our complete reliance on Austin having a stormer to get any points at all at home.

It's possible that we'll stay up, but only by 3 teams being staggeringly inept because we are easily one of the three worst teams in this league.

The cost of paying him off will be 'cheap' if, as I expect, he gets the chop as Fernandez gets outvoted or summat by the end of February when we may well be anchored to the bottom spot. It may or may not save us from relegation when he goes as time will be running out but I'm very disappointed in Fernandez not grasping the nettle and despatching the busted flush.

If we are relegated, Fernandes really should step down as chairman.

He always said he would and a second relegation on his watch, as well as the lack of progress in all other areas (training ground, youth, scouting, stadium) should be enough.

Let him fade into the background with Ruben and Emir (can't spell their surnames!) and bring in a competent, experienced chairman to try and oversee a salvage job.

The cost of getting rid of him is not likely to be cheap. He has 6 months to run on one of the most lucrative managers contracts in football. As I said on another thread, they have probably taken a view that if they sack him and replace him, the financial hit will be too significant, not only in upfront payoff, but also in replacement costs. Given the apparent financial caution we seem to have suddenly discovered, albeit a bit later, his departure seems unlikely for a while yet.

I know you've always backed Harry but really ' Harry has to take responsibility and get to work on keeping us up ". H should have been doing that before the start of the season. He's a horrible out of date manager. We've just lost to 2 of the worst teams in the Premier league. I have never seen a worse Man U side and Burnely lost at home to Palace from 2-0 up !! We have lost all 10 of our away games and have never deserved to win any of them. Our players are unfit. unable to pass and retain the ball.He re-signed Zamora who is the definition of a cart horse. Sandro who was known to struggle to stay fit. Now Zarate who it seems is unfit in January. Vargas he now considers a winger even though in the World Cup he was very good striker for Chile. He's made our club a laughing stock.
