I thought Monk was on the verge of retiring through injury? I doubt he was training.
This could all be bullsh*t (hopefully), but a Spanish divide in the changing room has always concerned me. The players don't seem to mix. I only have that opinion through twitter etc.

Well when do they not mix then clever c*nt? They train and play on separate pitches do they?
You train pretty much every day together, you are away every other weekend together, it helps if you all get along. From what I can see the Spanish crew have their own clique and then you have the rest. I, like you, didn't think it was much of a problem, but when Chico is chasing Monk around with a brick, it obviously gets highlighted.

I suppose id English is not your first language then you are going to speak in your mother tongue to a colleague close by. I don't go for the us and them argument as we also have three Dutch players, a German, a Belgian African and an Ivorian. Rangel is Welsh anyway.

You have an opinion through Twitter?
That's the best argument against universal suffrage I've ever heard.

But that's the same in every industry, you probably do the same in your line of work, sit with certain people at break times, socialise with some and not others
Am I correct?

Totally true, My brother is CID over in Swansea and he told me the story over the weekend. The swansea nutitionist ordered chico to stop eating Coco Pops and drinking orange juice, Chico wouldn't, so the club had to remove them off the breakfast menu. Monk kicked off, complaining that no one could now have Coco pops, because of Chico's selfish behaviour. There was an altercation and chico stormed off  The next thing the Police are called, as a man is spotted at the training ground around the players cars carrying a house brick, when approached it is Chico with his knuckles taped up, like a boxer, only with black insulation tape  , carrying a house brick waiting for Monk  :laughing5: This info all came from Shelvey, apparently the Spanish lads and the rest don't get on at all, things maybe starting to unravel down there. Lets be honest there's not much pleasurable to do down Jackland, take away a mans Coco pops and what has he left

Completely different IMO. It's a team sport, each member of the squad should be able to rely on each other. We are going through a tough time of it and all the players need to stick together. In all the successful seasons we have had you could arguably say there were better players on paper in other squads, but we always had team ethos/spirit and it had a big family feel about it all. Obviously that doesn't seem to be the case at the moment.

So I am correct then? I think you're talking bollox myself which you're quite entitled to do of course.

Off the Anus board so it has to be true:

Seems fair enough.

This is all very September 2012. I hope nobody is taking the word of a Daily Heil journo who has never written an article about the Swans before as gospel. People looked very silly the last time this happened.

Whilst I could agree with some of what you say, this is the Premier League and I can imagine that the big family feel no longer exists in any of the 20 teams.
