Without doubt our most potent penalty taker, also a movie star now is Mossy!! |

Bony also missed his second penalty in a row, after Reading away, in today's game. Will he continue to be our penalty taker, or do you think Gylfi will take over? |

In all fairness it's a bit more difficult to qualify through European section than Central America. I would fancy Wales' chances against Panama, Honduras and El Salvador. |

Promoting my ego? I was in a privileged role as first age group at the Swans. I spent hours scouting players and signing them at the u9 trials. This was before we had official scouts. Emyr was one I signed amongst others. I scouted Ben Davies for Cwrt Herbert too and I am proud and chuffed that they have gone on to do well. I am sure there will be plenty more too including Phil's son Kieran who is a class act. I know Phil well so what is your name I'll pass on your positive comments. With regards to footballing ability, dunno how we got on to that. Enjoyed playing obviously not up to your required standard but hey ho. |

I don't think so mate, speaking to some of the lads it's a full time job now! Training 4 nights a week and a match on Sunday, all the paperwork that goes with it. Too much for me with teaching too! |

He let his contract run down at under 14 I believe. Swansea wanted money and I think we did get a pay out! Can't quite remember how much. |

You most probably do! I'm Andrew Hodder, you are? |
| Forum Reply | Emyr Huws at 22:42 15 Jan 2014
Yeah think OTJ got on before him last Wales friendly! So he can't be! |

I signed him for the Swans when he was 8. Was amazing for us then, you could see he would make it. When I heard he was leaving us at 14 I spoke to Roberto at the time to get him to stay! Huw and RM went to see his parents but City's offer was incredible. We were still L1 at the time so could not compete. Plus we didn't have Landore ,we were playing home matches at the Elba! Delighted for Emyr though,he will go on to skipper Wales! |

He has looked a lot sharper lately and he has lost a stone in weight which could be the reason. |

We need a better option than Vazquez in January! Not strong enough unfortunately. |
| Forum Reply | COME ON SUNDERLAND at 22:56 28 Dec 2013
I thought Sunderland could have been in front before half time to be honest.you rely heavily on Marshall don't you. As for Ki, he was far better than Kim, can't remember Kim affecting the game to be honest. Just watch the game again and you will see what I mean. Also not biased at all, just praising Ki because I thought he was best player on the pitch. I might be wrong. Would love to sign Fletcher too! |
| Forum Reply | COME ON SUNDERLAND at 22:46 28 Dec 2013
Kim? Lol, watch the game again, Kim didn't get close to Ki.he probably edged first 20 mins but then Ki stepped through the gears. |

Play Canas and Britts, I'd seriously consider JDG out wide, bending some decent crosses in for Wilf. Britton is a super technician, understands his role and Villa wouldn't have had an ocean of grass to play in just in front of our back four had Leon been on the pitch for their goal. Add to that guts and heart and that's why Leon has to play the majority of our games. |
