Huw J obviously saw this coming, and fair play to him for that. I've shared my thoughts about the malaise that is surrounding the club at the moment and by god did it come home to roost today. Utterly shithouse performance, especially in the second half.

That's not good enough. F--k me, I'd like to sharpen some knives tonight, but not on my boys.
They had a few minutes' spell and they knocked a corner in, certainly not enough to destroy SCFC.
We were laughing at them first half because they couldn't string a pass together, the seasons longer than 15 minutes against your biggest rivals, especially as we were lulled into a false sense of security from their shit first half.

Agreed with OP. Spineless rubbish. Very few players can come out of that with their dignity intact.
Too many passengers in that team who can't put a shift in when it matters. Might be good on paper but if you can't roll your sleeves up when the going gets tough like Cardiff's midfield did then there's no point even turning up.

Yeah, I think that's what shocked me T2C. At 0-0 at HT I was utterly convinced it was just a matter of tim down their RHS before we cut through. Then we came out like a bunch of pussies for the entire second half. It hurt. We are still better than them though. There is no doubt in my mind, but I am in a bit of pain here. | |
