Would we go three at the back with two wingbacks, possibly Key and Tymon. As you say a forward should be priority. the next few days are going to be the most important since we dropped out of the topflight, with our long term captain on the point of leaving,and as much as i would love to keep Mr Dalling he will go as well i think its what will come in not only to replace those 2 but add to the squad and IMPROVE the first team, again all talk little action with the days slipping away quickly.
the whole club needs an up lift the supporters spirits need raising or things will possibly turn ugly, we are limited in the market we shop in i know but for goodness sake show the loyal supporters of Swansea some REAL ambition which can still happen we all hope, but been hoping a lot since we were sold to the first USA owners was hoping these new people would move us forwards but as i write not looking very good

He’s had a lot of heat taken off him the last couple of days.
Even since the West Brom comments, we have dug in a bit at home. We’ve just crumbled away though, in every game.

I told a cardiff fan a few weeks ago, theyd give LW the window, and gamble on not scuppering any plans they have of playrs coming in.
But im astonished atm at the ones that have gone, and maybe to go as yet, though I had my suspcions on MG from one of the last home games , and HD. any respect I had for both and LW has gone, the last month has put the club in a very disasterous position in my view.

This one may come back to bite me but I really don't see the loss of 30 year old Grimes as being a great problem unless we don't get in someone suitable for the job, someone who can take decent corners, distribute the ball quickly to the left or right be it forward or when needed backwards to facilitate a quick attack forward. A player who can match opposition midfielders for pace to keep control of the game even when the opposition up their intensity, the ability to bring the ball under control with one touch be it for himself or his team mates, and speed of thought to be able to make the right decision with passing and movement giving his team mates space and options that drive the team forward more often.
The worry is willl our players be allowed the option to play the game to ensure we stop leaving ourselves exposed because of how the coach expects players to play.

This is the whole thing with Vipotnik. He doesn’t put himself in positions to miss chances. Bianchini and Cullen do. Peart-Harris does it better from out wide.
He invariably arrives too late or not at all. Some interpret that as not enough chances being created for him and can’t explain why they seem to drop to other players.
I’ve watched him in the warm up drills a couple of times and his shooting is easily the best. He could be a decent striker, but he needs to learn to anticipate play, time his runs and put himself about. That scuffle at the end of the Cardiff game was the most physical he’s been. | | | |

It's going to be fascinating on Saturday to see how we adapt. Up until now the players have always looked for Grimes to pass too and dictate the play. I am just hoping that without him we don't slow down even more while we look who to pass. It's going to be a massive change for the team as Grimes has been a constant for the whole game every game. | | | |
