He's an exciting player, even from his time at Derby. Finally broken into the Irish team at the expense of the aging and injury-prone Coleman and the disengaged Doherty. I see Watford have been playing him on the left, which is odd, but he's still be dangerous.
I think he needs to develop his game from the push-and-run wing-play he currently favours but I think he has the skill to develop. |  |

Festy is a decent player, although still surprisingly raw considering the amount of games he has played. More of a replacement for Chedoze than Coleman/Doherty I suspect
Let's hope we can keep him quiet today if he is on the left he will want to cut in for a shot on goal. You would imagine Dunne would be quite familiar with him [Post edited 30 Nov 11:24]

I agree that he's raw, but I really want to see him at RB/RWB for Ireland. Ireland need someone there. I think it's been a huge hole for years. He's always played as a defender, too.

I think the theory was that because he had been missing so many chances it proves that he was overcomplicating it. Which proves that neither of them had done any research or bothered to watch the chances he has missed previously. With the exception of the penalty, he hasn't exactly been overcomplicating things.
