If Martin was the issue why say to Duff on his first day he wanted a transfer. He made up his mind in January that he wanted a move and when Rangers and Plymouth didn't materialise he had a strop until it did. |

The bit where I said it was caused by those above Martin.... he didn't want to come back, he wasn't going to play but the owners wanted to cash in. When he came back he was never going to play, it was the owners forcing Plymouth's hand, buy him or he's staying here until we find a buyer.
Duff inherited that situation.

I am suggesting a toxic pattern of behaviour which is harming the club.
Goykeres (he was useless)
Whitaker (attitude problem)
Fletcher (god knows?) Duff "he was OK"
Th potential of these players was not recognised and not exploited as it should have been. The recruitment people did their job. There is no one coming through in the academy either. Swansea city do not like big strong forwards. |  |

Duff said he was on trial. He was the manager and knew the score better than any journalist or any anonymous source witin the club. He was in the know.
Even the u21 coach did not have a good word to say about the phenomenal young kid. 17 goals in double quick time. He scores another hat trick and "Wrighty" says today is about somebody else returning from injury who name escapes me.
DC players are not exactly welcome in the dark valley. Is that a banjo I here playing?
