Second time he's mentioned 'the club' knowing what he feels needs to be done. Think it was after the Millwall game he said that people know 'at all levels of the club' what's needed. Slightly worried we get tonked all January and he walks after the window shuts saying the only-minimal backing he was expecting hasn't happened. Hopefully not.
