My God he's good.

Impressive ain't he

What I love the most is that his standards are very high and doesn't get too emotional when we win or lose .

Thanks Brian

He's kind of like having a Pep type coach that really knows how to organise a team and get it playing attractive football.

To pick up what looked like a totally disillusioned group of players playing well below their ability and do so much in such a short space of time is utterly remarkable.

I really enjoy his attitude and the focus on the next two games. He takes absolutely nothing for granted.

Let's hope this continues as it has started.

Never knowingly right.

Agree with all three of you. Long may it last.

Are we edging towards thinking maybe it wasn't all down to the ability of the players?

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?

When asked about the Willock goal perhaps being the best goal that we have scored under his tenure....

He deflects that comment and praises the defence instead.

Absolute class act.

It was never just the players ability, 90% of this is the same squad as was top of the league 14 months ago.

It was a combination of the tactics and the attitude instilled - all of Beale (by the end), Critchley and Ainsworth failed in one or both of those. It's early days but so far Cifuentes looks like he's succeeding in both and it's both refreshing and incredibly exciting.

How great to have an articulate and intelligent coach at QPR again.
As he said, lots to improve on across the board, and I'd bet on him doing it as well.

We've had so many clowns on the touchline but when did we last have a manager like this? He must give the players so much confidence in his plan.

Don't give me Warnock, lots to like yes but not the same type of manager.

Venables/Sexton/Jago? De Canio maybe?

This guy really does seem to be the REAL DEAL!!

Love everything he says and how he's got the team playing in such a short time.

Isn't it so wonderful to be SO PROUD to be a QPR fan again.

Already feeling sorry for my team at work on Monday as they're going to hear nothing but QPR all day

Onwards and UPWARDS

How long will we be able to keep him? If he continues producing as he has done, he'll attract attention from bigger clubs and not just in this country.

It's so rare for me to listen to a manager's interview, but I listened to this & was awestruck!

Thank you Marti.

Even before he said it, before the final whistle even, I felt that we had better performances to come,‌ and soon. To hear him say it now in the interview is really exciting. I'm not going mad. The signs are really there. Hull were good today. Possibly as good as Ipswich were. We were a bit better. And I genuinely believe that we will be better than that even before 2023 is over.

According to London News Online "Cifuentes is the first Rangers manager to pick up 11 points from his opening six league games since Don Howe in the 1989-90 season".

Then if he beats one more manager's opening record, it will be the best since I started watching Rangers. Arguably it already is since I didn't see Don Howe's opening games.

He has clearly bought plywood from a hardware store, but has yet to be briefed on Plymouth.
