Still so very very angry ! 06:39 - Feb 28 with 1966 views | A_Saint_in_Stoke | What the hell happened to our manager's approach ? getting many decisions so correct at Chelsea .......... Then turning things - upside down with many negative / defensive decisions made against Leeds. It was so obvious that our team was set up NOT TO LOOSE ! a recipe for disaster. With seeing Saints performance at Chelsea ...... Leeds fans were petrified about playing us - seeing the high energy, high pressing and totally committed team playing the week before against Chelsea. Why did we field the same starting line up.Leeds away is totally different to Chelsea away !!!!! Then seeing how our team was set up from the first 5 minutes , inviting Leeds on to us -- thinking Oh No !! What is happening ? we should be attacking ... with Elyounoussi and Stuart Armstrong playing wide - with Leeds playing down the middle - hence both had pathetic feble performances - Nothing was changed throughout and why play a very tall striker - and only play 2 crosses to him in the whole of the match ....... the sad part being with our poor defensive record , our team was set up - not to loose , and he was surprised when we leeked another soft goal. What was really disappointing was very little desire / fight / winning attitude and pathetic footballing skill - on this performance,we deserve to go down,as apex pointed out in his post.

Seems the honeymoon period for Selles has lasted just one game, what were people expecting that he could just turn it around overnight, give him a chance

Why not just appoint a proven top flight manager. Villa, Leeds, Brighton, Wolves, etc have all done this this season. I'm not sure why our board found it so difficult. Well over £120m spent this season says money can't be the reason.

Yes. Especially Bednarek, Elynoussi and Diallo taking up a substantial part of starting line ups, and then Walcott now being a regular substitute.
