As young master Eze has been splashed all over social media for his fine finish (all round good team goal) do we fear any last minute panic bids from lower prem/Championship teams i.e Leeds chasing a replacement for Roofe?
Hopefully Thursday passes without too much disruption to the team apart from that last in Warburton wants and the one or two he'd still like to off-load!
Dont know why we bother. .... but we do!

A superb second goal, absolutely beautiful. Now that's how football should be played; one or two touch when possible, then bang. About time they've listened to me, i've been harping on about it for bloody years! He made it look so easy. It might be my favourite Rangers goal. So enjoyable.
If anybody goes, we've got Chair, who might yet be our best player.

Not sure Chair is quite ready, may benefit from a loan to decent league one team until January as with Shodipo and Pugh seemingly ahead of him in MW's thinking, minutes may be very limited.

some fans genuinely can't stand flair players. It's as simple as that. Whether it's jealousy or what, I don't know, but it's like less-technically skilled players get a pass for not being more technically-skilled, but flair players don't get a pass for not running about like nutcases all game, flying into challenges and getting booked every match.
It's been that way for decades mate. For some godforsaken reason in this country there is a way of thinking with a lot of people that flair players cannot be trusted and don't pull their weight. For the life of me I've never been able to fathom out why. Totally different way of thinking in places that appreciate and encourage skill, for example Holland, Spain and many South American countries.
It's the sort of thinking that let Carlton Palmer accumulate as many caps for England as Stan, Charlie George, Alan Hudson and Frank Worthington combined.

If they dont like flair players , considering our history I dont think this Club is the right one for them.

I remember a bloke honking on about how Wegerle was a "lazy two-bob stroller" who should have been hooked for Sinton when we we 2 down at Leeds once...

The fact is that Eze is The One - the one we can really develop and sell on for proper proper money. I presume the fact that we are trying to spend actual money on that Aberdeen lad means we're FFP compliant as no way Hoos would sanction it if not, meaning we don't have to sell him.
I also think Warburton is going to be great for him. A manager who loves 10s and young talent, I'm very excited about what he can potentially achieve this season

Agree. My pop psychology about the people moaning at Eze is that they are to a man nothing more than average. No talent, intelligence, athletic ability of any note. Physically not attractive
5/10 at best in all areas of their life. They make up for this by what they perceive to be as working hard and doing the right thing
It's this frustration that there are people out there with effortless talent that annoys them and why they will delight in criticism of someone like Eze but won't utter a word against someone who try's hard but isnt very good like Scowen
there you go, putting everyone in boxes to make it easier for you to understand life.
I am mind-numbingly average in everything except those things i am crap at, but i like Eze.
Go and find another stereotype to blame.
