Are cameras allowed in the liberty? 10:43 - Aug 9 with 1378 viewsneuaddsibly

Not mobiles, i'm guessing they're ok, but are normal photo cameras allowed at games? I couldnt see anything on the ground rules signs that suggests otherwise, but that surprises me a bit. Figure if anyobe knows, it's you guys :)

As long as you don't take a dangerous weapon such as a plastic bottle top in, you should be ok.

From FA ground regulations....

"No person (other than a person who holds an appropriate licence) may bring into (or use within) the Ground any equipment which is capable of recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any data or information in relation to the Match or any aspect of it.

However, Mobile telephones are permitted within the Ground, provided that they are used for personal and private use only PROVIDED THAT no audio, visual or audio-visual mateiral captured by a mobile telephone may be published or otherwise made available to any third parties including, without limitation, via social networking sites."

It's the same with live gigs but they're usually ok provided it's not a DSLR or any camera with interchangeable lenses. I'e taken a Canon SX60HS into football grounds and live gigs without problems but probably wouldn't get away with my EOS 70D and a 300mm long lens! Can't imagine they'd be too fussy for a testimonial as it's usually Prem rules that are the problem not the club's.
