I know there are peeps on here that are on the plan, so would anyone of you tell me what you 600 calorie days are made up of please? as I'm struggling like fuk to keep it down to 600, I've been around 700 to 800.
My 3 other days are well under 2000 cals, so perhaps its not to bad, just need to sort sundays out better, saturday is my pleasure day so its beer and takeaway time

When you say lots of protein, how many grams?
just had 260g of fresh cod fillet [about 50g of protein] with runner beans and a bit of shredded mixed veg, had banana for lunch and 30g of porridge and 200ml's of semi skimmed milk for breakie, my 600 day, its probably a bit more, but not by much.
I'll have nothing else today now, apart from tea.
Normal day tomoz, but heathly stuff though no crap, can't wait LOL,


Depends on your goals.

For you you'll be fine with a whole protein source with every meal: beef, chicken, turkey, eggs, fish etc.

People who want to build/maintain muscle need about 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight (e.g. 70kg guy - roughly 140g protein), which is when the protein shakes etc come into it.

I've lost 7kilos in a monthnkike this..

No alcohol,bread,chocolate,tea or coffee.

Breakfast porridge made with water
Lunch a grapefruit and an apple
Loads of water.

Eat a normal meal in the evening.

I'm walking on average 15000 steps a day which I guess is about 7 miles

I feel really good and have loads of energy!
