This post match interview will be interesting. Marti is going to have look hard into the now well thumbed excuse book to explain that garbage

I do find it hard to believe too that non of that bunch of crap were his signings

As a club and as fans, we seem to have too many excuses at the ready for our continued failings.

Take Oxford United as an example. Operating on a smaller budget to ours, yet have recruited with pragmatism and it is bearing fruit by way of the number of points that they have amassed to date.

Will Vaulks is hardly stellar, but knows how to navigate this league. Josh McEachran too. Blimey, they're also doing it without their best player: Cameron Brannagan, who has only played 4 games this season. A player whom we should have looked at signing over the last few years. He's way better than anything we have in our central midfield.

The rest of their team largely consists of solid citizens, many of whom have plied their trade in lower leagues, are already battle-hardened and won't surrender as meekly as we did last night. Of course, they'll get hammered on occasions, but the foundations upon which they have built their squad for this campaign, gives them a better chance of surviving than the scattergun recruitment approach adopted by our club.

I'll take a few hammering and winning some games over this bilge being served up.All I ever want for Rangers, is to win and draw more than we lose - is that really too much to ask for? We seem to have been recruiting the wrong sorts since Warnock left. Very good post...and bang on the nail by the way.

Unless I am mistaken, Marti is an intelligent individual. From a football perspective, he showed that in abundance after Xmas last season.
He does not strike me as someone who will be dictated to on signings and then sign a new contract himself - it frankly does not add up!
Yes, it's a shitshow, but I cannot see anyway that Marti has his hands on some of these signings. The whole car-crash is bemusing.

Despite a few claiming that as fact the reality is nobody knows.
Common sense would suggest varying levels of involvement from Nourry, Belk and his recruitment team and Cifuentes.

You keep saying the same thing without actually knowing yourself . How do you know nobody knows?
Just because people don’t say it doesn’t mean they don’t know or not aware more than others.
