Defending or the lack of goes throughout the top 4 divisions. You only have to look at the Brighton full back against Spurs.
It is no longer fashionable to be a bulk standard defender as in the so called 'old days'. What would players of the past such as Johnny Fowler, Duncan Formers, Chopper Harris, Ron Hunt make of it? |

I cannot believe a player was signed on the basis we had to pay more if he played 40 or more league games as that means one srason yet he was given a 2.5 year contract. Just doesn't make sense. |

Can't see McKenna getting the job this time as his start to life in Premiership has not been outstanding having spent £100m+ in the summer but certainly in the future.
Believe McKenna was part of the coaching team but not sure exactly what his role was. |
