Unfortunately, a boycott will not work 24000 Season Tickets, 3000 away fans, Hospitably etc. just leaves a couple of thousand day trippers and if everyone one of those boycotted games it would not many the slighted dent in the club's finances.
I don't blame the players, we sigh players and then expect them to play in positions they are not familiar with or not to their strengths.
Perhaps call out the board before/during/after games. The Liverpool cup game is ideal game to organise protests, banners etc. |

Watching the game was just like every other game so slow and negative.
Someone at the club must realise that there is no hope of survival unless there is a change of style. I and many have been prepared to give RM time, but now the time has come for a change (the internation break gives time to do this).
Maybe the coach will have left without Russ and he is never seen again!! |

The whole stadium complex is outstanding and will only get bigger. And shows why most clubs will never get anywhere in the league.
Outside before the game they were interviewing families _where are you from, Bristol, Plymouth, Dublin, Cardiff, Sheffield, Mexico!!! Not one from Manchester, all on their first trip!!
Never seen so many Half and Half scarves before.
All direct trains back cancelled, so had to go via Euston. Underground staff said tickets did not allow travel on underground so pay £2.50 , many did, but a lot just busted the gates open and did the same at Waterloo.
The game was quite a bore |

What a great game, ball from keeper to a defender, looks to move the ball forward as quickly as possible, player then looks to attack the defence or move the ball at pace into the box. Pass into the box that may only have 4 or 5 players in it, allowing attacking players to move into space, pick up knockdowns etc.
Saints slow, slow, ball into the box maybe 8 or more players no room to create space for a shot |

Went online to book my ticket, looks like only a few blocks are on sell, none in the upper stand. So do I wait until later in the hope that more blocks become available!!! |
