The Police need to know how many people are at the stadium for safety reasons, and your club presents a unique situation where you have so many no-showing STH's. It means the police can save a fair bit of money if they can check the numbers. |

Different club, as in a completely different structure in the way the club is run.
Ie a bit like your club tried to start actually winning things, and not going through the motions  |
