I think what would be best for Jazz is another loan spell. Especially if Palace want him again now in the premier league. He still looks iffy when he plays, not bad but still needs more games than he'll get here at his current ability.

Dyer has been great at winning penalties in the past but we don't seem to be making driving runs into the box with the ball as much anymore
