Another poor performance it would seem No excuses today about having a lesser squad If you were Tony would you be handing NW £15m or would you start to look around at other options?
There is very little point sacking NW now. He needs to be backed to the hilt by the board, players and fans until the end of the season. It is far, far to late to sack him.

To be honest though, look at some of the dross he has bought.
No way would I give him the money. He will take us down so we might as well go and get another manager. The board are loaded and well connected, they'll have no problem finding a decent manager.
Gutted about Faurlin.

Well I assume that given a proper budget he would buy more Luke Youngs than Leon Clarkes.
I don't think that constitutes a particularly compelling reason to sack him either given the way transfer policy was handled by the previous board and that we've only seen him with a proper budget towards the end of last summer and he did a good job IMO

Problem is that if you don't win for a while the confidence goes. If we put out a very weak team today we get beaten, it sinks further. Losing Faurlin is a horror but given the league form it was important to put a strong team out or the confidence would have gone lower. As it happened we only just got a draw, but we didn't lose at least. We now have Barton out for a few games, Faurlin out for x time and apparently DJ picked up another knock.
We need Michael Tonge off Stoke and to keep Adel.
As for NW, I've been critical recently but to heave ho him now would be fatal in my opinion.
yes just wish I had it ! all this talk of getting rid of warnock is madness ... some of the griping eminds me of blackburn fans... lets get behind neil the team and the board.. what did tony say we win together(not for a while!) we lose together..Hope everyone gets behind the team and manager now..

This result doesn't really change things, except heap more misery on us. Faurlin's injury could be critical though and we have no depth in centre mid and no able backup.
I think due to the timing we need to stick with Warnock, but if the team looks like it has stopped playing for him we are in trouble.

I wouldnt say dross but he deffo hasnt got the best out of Barton or SWP and Traore looks better LW. Also Macheda played out of position today? Surely you want to get him in the goals play him up front.

Up to now I have thought that we would survive, but really now I think we're done for. I am sorry to say that, but barring some fast changes we are done for.
Having said that I don't see that getting rid of NW at this stage would help. On the contrary.
‘morbid curiosity about where this is all going’

Everyone wont though . The ones who play Championship Manager think that you get the sack if you lose a few games.

We are not in the bottom three yet... if Neil gets the signings he wants we have a great chance of staying up IMO .. after first game V Bolton ... who thought PL was going to be easy... Sort defence out another striker and we will be ok.. lets all keep the faith
