I think NGN should be investigated by the regulator and if guilty hit with a huge fine or be forced to sell the paper. People and corporations who own massive media companies have to behave responsibly or suffer serious sanctions. The likes of the DoS and Watson have money and backers to be able to go after the likes of NGN, but you’re average person who’s been wronged has no chance of justice.
I always go back to the old guy in Bristol who was the landlord of a young lady who was murdered in Bristol. He was arrested, but completely innocent of any wrongdoing and he was absolutely slaughtered by the press.
