The club need to concentrate on best performance not the fans. Joe Allen was signed to keep the fans happy when he was a shot footballer well past his sell by date. Praised lavishly by Williams who continually butters up the older players who are not driving this team forward.

Williams needs to look and develop the younger fresher players not older ones who not deliver.
