Chased back to the station, locked inside, Newcastle train we were all meant to be on waved straight through so you didn't end up with us meeting West Ham who'd been at Sunderland. They stuck us on one going the other way and I cannot remember the station we had to change at for York but it had two tracks from one direction meeting two tracks from the other, a pub at the top of the footbridge, and that was it. Said pub suddenly had half the away end descend on it. Think it made more in an hour than it had in a year.

I was there.....great day out. Think there was some hassle at the end of the match near to the station. Sometimes wish I still travelled more watching that video.

same as, went to about 12 away games that season, wished i'd have done the lot.
I looked like Gary webster from 'Minder' , hair like Tony Manero, Waist like Iggy pop and a chest that didnt look like one of Del Boys blow up sex dolls. I could dance like Ian curtis with a kinder egg of billy whizz disolving up me arsehole and had skin smoother than niko kranjcar on sea kelp. And, i was still on my first marriage, not my 3rd.
Jumpers for goal posts. marvellous.

Sounds like Thornaby station, last stop before you get to Middlesbrough.

We played a friendly football match in thornaby against a local side.Every time the ball went out of play one of the local kids tried to run off with it.And what a sh@t hole the town is.
