To be honest, I think any team that goes on a run like ours. It does take some doing, with more draws or not. I think it takes a fair bit to keep going and going like we did. So a loss is always on the cards. Yes the result today doesn't look at all attractive to onlookers or people who weren't at the game. BUT we've been due a kicking, and I hope a kicking on the scoreline rather than the pitch is all we're going to get.
It's going to take Hilly and the clan a lot to pick the lads up from that I think, but it's been coming. We didn't play bad, I wouldn't even go as far as to blame Hornets or the pitch. We just didn't execute our first half pressure. Got hit on the break end of the game. Dons played well. There's a reason some clubs are that big and are succesful. |  |
