All the best for the future, sorry it ended like this. You seem like a pleasant man and I wish you well.

If Rodgers or Martinez had written that you'd be ceremonially vomiting over your shoes.

They were not kicked out of the club

You may be right. I'm in a glass case of emotion right now.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Fair play there's a lot of it about tonight. For a bloke that wasn't here more than five minutes in historical terms and in reality did very little of note when he was here, Guidolin inspires some loyalty. He has been treated very badly though.

I said on Twitter that I can't remember such an outpouring of admiration for a departed manager. Maybe if the interweb had been around when Burrows decided enough was enough he'd have got the same but otherwise I'm struggling to think of one.

Fair enough if you call keeping us in the Prem 'very little'.
He has been treated extraordinarily shabilly and he will always have my thanks and gratitude.
In a football world of greed and opportunism he came across as a man of dignity and integrity. I wish him all the very best for the future.

I'm with you on this one. We'd have been playing Cardiff this season if it hadn't been for his efforts. After the mess he had to clean up it was a tremendous effort.

Each time I go to Bedd - au........................

There's definitely an element of people seeing FG as the end of an era in way; the dignity with which he dealt with the endgame has been magnified by the lack of class by his employers.

This goes some way to explaining the sadness at his departure.

Goodbye Franco is goodbye Swansea City as we knew it.

Enjoying the next level

Said much the same on the ubiquitous social media earlier. I save all my best opinions for Twitter these days.
