Either a slow news day, or if any truth in it, perhaps they see Gomis as a cheap but known commodity while they trouser the majority of the youngster's transfer fee.

i have no doubt that gomis would score 15-20 goals for marseilles like he did every year for lyon, and cause mass hysteria on this message board every time he has a nice game.
it's a different standard of league, and he's a good player when he's confident.
i know many are of the opinion that he should be sold ASAP, but i think it should wait until there is an adequate replacement signed. can't let 3 strikers go without any coming in yet. |  | | |
